Ballerina Tutu

This super fluffy Ballerina Tutu has an elastic waistband measuring about 17" in circumference when relaxed and expanding to about 25" in circumference when stretched, and a skirt measuring approximately 8-8.5" in length when laid flat, but sits at about 7.5-8" when "fluffed". This the perfect tutu for little girls ages 2-6 years. Each tutu features 4 layers of fluffy 100% nylon tulle with stitched edging which creates an icing ruffled edge. She'll feel as though she's wearing a cloud when she has this tutu on!
