Wholesale Information

All businesses applying for a wholesale account with The Hair Bow Company must complete our wholesale application and in addition furnish a copy of:

  • A valid Business Registration License and Tax Resale Certificate
  • Disclose how/where the items will be sold.
  • B&M Stores: We require a photo of the storefront if one is not readily visible on Google Maps.
  • Online/FB Groups: The URL and any other online areas of sales (FB groups, etc.) must be disclosed.

Order Minimums:

*A $100.00 Minimum Wholesale Opening Order is required within 60 days of account approval.*

$100 is our minimum wholesale reorder.

In order to maintain an active wholesale account, wholesale orders must be placed within 30 days of approval and once every 6 months with a minimum of $500 annually. Failure to follow guidelines to meet the minimum reorder requirements will result in an email disclosing an account deactivation warning if the account is not brought into compliance within the following 30 days.

Shipping:

Wholesale orders typically ship in 3 business days FROM (not including the day of) the date of the order. Should you need to rush an order for an event, please send us a text or an email and we will do our best to meet the deadline if possible on our end.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and valid shipping address and for all shipping costs on wholesale orders. The Hair Bow Company is not responsible for shipping costs on undeliverable packages and shipping on undeliverable returned packages will not be refunded. Should the buyer not wish to reship the package, a restocking fee will incur.    

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on wholesale orders within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee.  We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels on wholesale orders (excluding errors on our end).  Return shipping is paid by the wholesale buyer.

Photo Policy

Flat lay images for any of our products may be used. Model releases on our site are THBC exclusive and photos of the models are not to be used. 

Branding and What is Permitted

Many of our products are exclusive designs by The Hair Bow Company. Most of our items come with generic size tags and our custom hang tags or branded bow cards.

One of the things our wholesale buyers love about our products is that it allows them to add their own sewn tag to the product for their store as well as their hang tags. You may use our hang tags, bow cards, etc or you may feel free to brand them as your store.

I'm not eligible for wholesale, are there any other discounts for bulk orders?

Yes again! Orders over $150 get free standard shipping and orders over $300 get free rush ("In a Jiffy") shipping. Shipping discounts apply automatically to orders over $150 and $300. (*Required package insurance charges still apply.) 

you can also use the code: wholesale10 for orders over $150 or wholesale15 for orders over $300 if you do not have an active wholesale account to save a respective 10% & 15%.

Return for store Credit

We offer free pre-paid return labels for store credit.

If you have read the page and your items are eligible for return, please start your return HERE

 

  • Enter your order number and zip code in the fields above and click "Look up Order"
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return (make sure the price does not end in a 7 or product does not indicate final sale), these are clearance items and will NOT be refunded).
  • Print the return label & mail back (all your order info is on the label for us!). 
  • We offer 1 pre-paid label per order for returns and refunds are processed as store credit.
  • All of the information we need is on the label, you don't need to do anything else.
  • We will email you when your store credit posts with the amount and instructions on how to use it.

Return for Refund

Returns for Refunds MUST BE NOTED clearly in the package.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from the price of the return.

Our standard return label fee is $6.99.

If the return is larger and the label cost exceeds $6.99, that value will be deducted from the return. You are welcome to email us and ask the cost prior to printing the label and returning.

If your items are eligible for return, please print your return label HERE.

  • Print the return label & mail back (all your order info is on the label for us!). 
  • We will email you when your refund posts with the amount. Some post and go back immediately, others take a moment. Please allow 72 hours for it to post to your original payment method.

Exchange

  • We offer an exchange for the same item on returnable items in a different size once per order when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

  • Please note: Our ability to exchange an item is dependent upon inventory availability. Unfortunately, we may not be able to exchange all items.

  • Requesting a different item than ordered is not considered an exchange and must be processed as a return. 

  • Clearance items may not be exchanged. 

Other Return Details

OTHER RETURN DETAILS:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be in original packaging. If they are not, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price; items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded. 
  • If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free and is returned the price of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

  • Please allow 1 week (5 business days) from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

  • Damaged items MUST be reported to hello@thehairbowcompany.com within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!
