About Returns & Exchange Package Protection

Our packages are shipped with the customer option of package protection during checkout.

What this means: 

  • By selecting Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from loss or damage.
  • Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
  • If you choose not to purchase Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and your package isn’t protected/insured.

What can I return?

Items in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn returned within 30 days of shipment excluding items listed below.   

What items are non-returnable?

  • Warehouse sale or last chance items (price ends 7)
  • $5, $7, $9, $11 sale items (price ends in 0).
  • Custom items. 
  • Clearance or Final sale items.
  • Holiday items returned in bulk (amount exceeds $100 in product) are subject to 25% restocking fees and are refunded with the current sales price for the items.

How much will my return/exchange cost?

Our packages are shipped with the customer option of package protection provided by REDO during checkout for a small fee.

How do I return the item?

Please place the unworn/unwashed items in their original packaging.

After you submit the return, you will get an email and it will have the option to print the label from home where you will attach the label to the package.

If you do not have a printer, you can also use a QR code to print the label at any USPS facility.
